Production Operator

key responsabilities :

• To perform production operations to the complete satisfaction of the client under the direction of the Chief Operator;
• Ensure compliance with specific targets and standards set by the production supervisor;
• To ensure that the highest quality service is provided to our customers in a way that poses no danger to people, equipment, or the environment;
• Has the authority and responsibility to STOP and report any unsafe acts to the chief operator, and to shut down the installation in the event of imminent danger;
• follow safety instructions;
• Carry out sampling of treatment systems as required and regular plant inspections;
• Take note of oil and gas rates, well pressure, vessel pressures, etc. during survey rounds;
• Perform front-line maintenance, identifying and reporting faults;
• Participate in the maintenance of all equipment in accordance with current procedures;
• Efficiently Calibrates instruments according to schedule;
• Participate in root cause failure analysis;
• To maintain a high standard of housekeeping;
• Always keep work areas clean and tidy;
• Replace the chief operator if necessary;

Required profile :

• Diploma/qualification/degree : Technician
• Professional experience: 3 years minimum in a similar position
• Good knowledge of process equipment and fast understanding of technical data
• Good Discipline
• Co-operation with Peers
• Respect for Superiors
• Punctuality and good attendance
