Principales responsabilités
Analyser les coûts des produits/services de l’entreprise et surveiller les écarts des résultats par rapport aux prévisions.

Offshore-Store Keeper
Mission
He must guarantee the appropriate reception, storage, preservation and distribution of consumable materials and assets, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards in work site activities and maintain stock up to date on CMMS.
Responsibilities
The receipt, storing and issuing of spare parts and consumables.
Maintain all material records and files.
Assist the heads of departments with the requisitioning of equipment, spare parts and consumables.
Organize the receipt of material and carry out and/or arrange for receiving inspection ensuring full conformity between material ordered and that which are supplied.
Maintain all paperwork in an orderly and timely manner, including ‘Bon d’entrée’ and ‘Bon de sortie’ and follow up of ‘OT’.
Ensure that all spare parts, spare equipment and consumables are at all times correctly stored, marked and properly maintained.
Organize and lead end of year stock inventories and ensure its conformity with accounting stock.
Coordinate with Procurement engineer and ensure all relevant technical details of all purchase requests are sent and communicated in a timely manner
Report any non-conformance in respect of the material supplied in accordance with SAROST Procedures.
Coordinate with chief cook to maintain food stock and cleaning products stock and order in due time
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness within his area of responsibility.
Participate in safety meetings and safety drills held onboard.
Muster checker in drills, must ensure strict knowledge of all crew members,

Requirements
Educational level: Bachelor’s degree
Diploma/qualification/degree : Vocational training or senior techniciam as a minimum
Professional experience: 5 years experience as a Storekeeper
Specific training : Medical Fitness, Offshore survival certificate (BOSIET/HUET), H2S, Medical first aid.
